Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports the nervous system and the body’s natural ability to rebalance. Using a very light touch, I work with the craniosacral system, the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid surrounding the brain and spinal cord, to help the body release restrictions and settle into greater ease.

This approach is calm, respectful, and client-led. Rather than forcing change, CST works with the body’s own rhythm and capacity, creating space for stored tension to soften and for the nervous system to feel more supported.

How CST Supports the Body

Through soft touch and gentle pressure, CST can help the fascial system release patterns of tension. Fascia surrounds and connects every muscle, bone, cell, and organ, so restrictions in one area can affect how the whole body feels and functions.

By tuning into subtle rhythms within the body, areas of restriction can be noticed and gently supported. This may help create more space, ease, and regulation throughout the nervous system.

During a session, clients may become aware of sensations such as warmth, softening, tightness releasing, gentle nervous system responses, or emotional release. CST can also support a greater sense of safety in the body, which may be especially helpful when stress or trauma is present.

Supporting Your Body at Its Own Pace

As a CST therapist, I do not aim to “fix” or “heal” you. Instead, I support and resource your system so your body can work with what it is holding at a pace that feels safe. Sessions offer a quiet, steady space where you can become more aware of your patterns without feeling pushed or overwhelmed.
