Meet Alouise

Exhale was created for people who want to feel more at home in their bodies and more supported in their daily lives. My journey into healing work

I am a qualified TRE Provider and Mentor, as well as a Craniosacral Therapist, with a background in the corporate world. For many years, that path shaped my professional life, yet I carried a quiet sense that I was being called toward more meaningful, body-centred healing work.

After experiencing the impact of stress, tension, and trauma in my own body, I began searching for a different way forward. TRE became a turning point. It supported me through stress, grief, and stored tension, while also guiding me toward the work I now feel deeply called to share with others.

Each session takes place in a peaceful, professional environment where your body is met with respect, care, and curiosity. The pace is gentle, the approach is personalised, and the focus is always on supporting what your body needs in the moment.

There is no one-size-fits-all process. You may come to Exhale wanting to release stress, ease discomfort, regulate your nervous system, support emotional healing, or simply feel more connected to yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, you are welcome here.

My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more supported, with a renewed sense of connection to your body, your breath, and your own capacity to heal, regulate, and move through life with greater balance and ease.
